Here is a sample of a wedding time frame and how long it typically takes each event that makes up your wedding day. This will help you to plan your wedding timeline and be stress free as possible.
1-2 hr: Getting ready, details and preparations
15-30 min: Set up for the first look
30-1 hr: First look and couples picture
30-1 hr: Wedding party pictures
20-30 min: Family pictures:
before ceremony (recommended)
30-45 min: Venue details
30 min: Guests begin to arrive + Ceremony prep
30-1 hr: Ceremony
20-30 min: Family pictures post- ceremony (optional)
20-30 min: Sunset newlywed pictures
15 min: Cocktail hour, reception (party!) begins!
